Hamzah Nasser embarked on his journey to establish Haraz in 2018 with a vision to showcase the rich heritage of Yemeni coffee on a global scale. Despite facing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he remained unwavering in his mission.
In 2021, Hamzah opened the first Haraz location, introducing a groundbreaking concept: the Yemeni Coffee School, the first of its kind. Today, Haraz has grown to 17 locations and 132 more to be developed across the United States, with plans to expand into Canada and the Middle East.
A cornerstone of Hamzah’s vision is his commitment to sourcing Organic coffee directly from Yemen. Haraz partners with Yemeni farmers, providing them with vital support and a sustainable market for their coffee. This partnership not only ensures the highest quality beans but also uplifts local farming communities who depend on Haraz.
As CEO, Hamzah focuses on delivering exceptional coffee while creating a welcoming environment for family and friends. Driven by innovation, he strives to preserve and celebrate Yemeni coffee culture, ensuring it remains the best in the industry.
